Marlborough Public Schools

David DaPaula, a former Whitcomb Middle School student and the son of MPS office support staff member Pollyanna Da Paula, recently demonstrated the power of community and generosity. Teaming up with friends, David raised over $7,000 to purchase and donate 312 high-quality backpacks filled with grade-level-appropriate supplies for Marlborough Public Schools students, ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade. Each backpack was carefully organized and labeled by grade level, making it easier for our team to distribute them to the correct students as they register throughout the year or join us next year. This incredible act of kindness ensures that students in need will have the tools for success, and MPS is deeply grateful for this thoughtful and impactful donation!
