In order to promote a free exchange of ideas and opinions between the School Committee and high school students, the Committee shall meet every other month during the months school is in session, with a student advisory committee, to consist of at least five members, to be composed of students elected by the student body of the high school.  The Student Advisory Committee may also petition for a special meeting with the School Committee.
